Hi everyone and welcome to my page!
A little about myself
I’m a dive instructor, marine conservationist, and beginner photographer. I’ve been traveling the world exploring our beautiful oceans and trying to find their hidden gems for the past almost 10 years. My journey started on a marine conservation base in Fiji back in 2017 when I was 20 years old, I always knew I loved the ocean however until that point I didn’t realize just how much. From there I’ve lived in Mexico, the Seychelles, Turks and Caicos and most recently St. Croix USVI. It was only in the last 2 years that I’ve really started to find that photography is a big passion of mine, especially when it comes to macro life. So after much cajoling from friends and family I’ve decided to make this page so that others can see what I see and love. So please take your time and enjoy some of the beautiful creatures I’ve attempted to take photos of!
Camera setup
I use an Olympus TG-6 in an Olympus PT-059 housing thats good down to 150ft for all of my macro photography and videography. To help with lighting I have a backscatter miniflash 3 for photos and a backscatter macro wide 4300 video light for videos. I also have a tray for extra stability. I use an insta360 ace pro2 for the getting that clean video of the larger creatures that sometimes I get lucky enough to cross paths with. If you want to start your own photography adventure my friend Ben has set up a cool sight to explore and learn some tricks and tips so check it out, https://www.aquaexposure.com/en.
